With RapidFAX.com you can send and receive faxes through your email, at our website, or both.
Using your existing email software and account, simply address an email message to (the recipient's fax number)@rapidfax.com.
Add any attachments as you normally would and click send. RapidFAX.com will convert your e-mail to a fax and deliver it. You will receive a confirmation via email that your fax was delivered.
RapidFAX.com receives the fax someone has sent to your personal fax number and converts it to a computer file. The file is attached to an e-mail message and delivered to you like any other. Click on the attachment and your fax will open using software already on your PC such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Rather than sending a fax over the Internet remotely, you may send a fax via the secure online interface by logging in to your RapidFAX account with the username and password for your account. You will now arrive in your inbox. Click the "Fax To" icon. Next, complete the online form and upload the files that you wish to fax. When you are finished, hit the "Send Fax" button. If you need assistance during each step, Help areas are available throughout the "Send Fax" page.
